​Liability Statement

Duplitec Limited Liability Company (registered office: 1141 Budapest, Öv utca 35-37, company registration number: 01-09-971563, hereinafter referred to as "Company") makes the following liability statement regarding the use and operation of drones:

​The Company undertakes to fully comply with the applicable regulations of Hungarian and European Union aviation and the provisions of this liability statement when using and operating unmanned aerial vehicles.

The Company undertakes not to endanger the safety of other persons and aircraft during the use of unmanned aerial vehicles and not to cause material damage.

The Company undertakes to comply with the applicable aviation safety requirements.

The Company undertakes to use and operate integrated technologies and systems in European and Hungarian airspace regarding unmanned aerial vehicles.

The Company respects the fundamental rights to privacy and data protection when using and operating unmanned aerial vehicles.

The Company undertakes to designate temporary airspace for flights performed with unmanned aerial vehicles, in accordance with the provisions of the Hungarian Air Traffic Control.

The Company undertakes to maintain liability insurance in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations regarding aviation compulsory liability insurance.

The Company undertakes to report any activity performed with unmanned aerial vehicles to the aviation authority, except for sports and private use.

The Company undertakes to fully comply with the applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of unmanned aerial vehicles, including any amendments or new provisions.
